tooltips go out of the screen, as you can see here:

this is really annoying on RTL pages beacuse the tooltip starts from the right of the mouse witch is also the start of the page. 

i had this problem with all epiphany versions.

the problem is not exist in firefox and any other application i tested.. only epiphany.
