Description Shannon 2007-06-30 19:07:08 UTC
Is there a way to have it highlight what the cursor is on, and have the option be readable as well? Thanks..

Other information:
This also appears in my version of Pidgin, so I'm not sure if its a Windows or Gnumeric problem.

I don't understand.

When you open a menu the cell content disappears ?
or is it the edit line above the worksheet ?
Comment 2 Shannon 2007-07-06 14:22:30 UTC
The top bar where File, Edit, View, etc appear. When I scroll over those and their dropdown menu appears (like if I want to select File ->Save), instead of highlighting "file" or "save" I'll see a blank space. Everything else (cells, edit line) appears ok.

Sounds like a gtk+ issue, possibly vista specific in that I do not see that behavior with XP-sp2. Could you test on a non-vista machine ? I'll try and get access to vista.
Comment 4 Jody Goldberg 2007-07-28 17:10:23 UTC
I have not been able to replicate this under XP-SP2 or 2k. I'll punt over to gtk+ for now to see if they've heard of any vista specific problems with menus.
