Description of problem:
When there is no enough space for all the buttons in the "new mail window", 
there is small button which reveals all the hidden buttons if clicked. There 
are no hidden buttons in "new mail" or "forward email" window. "reply to email" 
is OK.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click New to create new message
2. change window size to size when "V" button appears
3. click "V" button

Confirming.  Still a problem in Evolution 2.11.

Ordinarily I'd blame this sort of thing on GtkHtml, but GtkHtml's editor test program works correctly in this respect.  It might also be a BonoboUI bug, but I'll leave it assigned to Evolution until we know better.
