Each time you click on a function in the stack call and nemiver can't find its source file a popup is launched.
IMHO this is very annoying. I think a message in the status bar (or no message at all) should be better.

I just pushed a quick fix for this.  I changed it to just log these issues to the terminal for now.  Dodji, if you want to address this in a different way, feel free to re-open this.
