Currently there is no obvious way to delete, rename etc a podcast feed unless one already knows that the browser (i.e. genre/album/artist filter) is not actually a browser while in Podcasts source.

* Add a context menu item on podcast episodes with "delete this feed" or similar
* Rename the browser to "podcast manager" or similar while in a podcast source
