Please describe the problem:
Blank File is not at the position where clicked on Desktop. It's allways at the left top corner, which is anoying if you have several windows opened. The same bug  exists if you paste icons on the Desktop. MacOSX - Desktop for example always takes the position for new files where the user has clicked.
