Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2007-06-06 23:40:21 UTC
if you download more than 2 files (usually) simultaneously from one website, epiphany seems to download 2 at once and queue the rest, waiting for a first download to be finished to start another one. This is a good feature. However, it causes some HIG problems:

- there is no visual indication that files are queued up in the background
- it is currently possible to queue up multiple times the same file ("huh? I asked it to download, it does not appear... maybe I did not click correctly" and then the user does that x20 times and ends up downloading 20 times the file)
- it gives a feeling that the interface is "not responding" or "lagging behind"

What I suggest is adding *all* the files (those downloading, and those which are queued) to the download window. The difference would be that the "queued" files would have the text "Waiting" inside the "%" column instead of the progressbar.
