currently the nautilus.desktop file points to run-nautilus.  This kills any
existing nautilus components and makes it appear to the user that everything 
has crashed if the user has already run nautilus.

Run nautilus exists to set environment variables for mozilla (and disabling bug
buddy), and it also kills nautilus components so you can be garrunteed a clean
environment.

Thei is a PR2 cannidate as it really makes nautilus look unstable.

Having talked with Bud, we both agree on his option to re-instate the
"run-nautilus" script and fix appropriate bugs that it creates post PR2.  This
means that start performance is affected, and that two Nautilus windows cannot
be run from the Application launcher.

This means that "nautilus-clean.sh" is still a needed step in the running and
closing of Nautilus to ensure a "good state" for Nautilus.

Post-PR2, we will look into fixing the performance and launching issue. (I will
file bugs for those as well).

Verified, the Nautilus Gnome menu item opens a new nautilus window if another
instance is already running.
