I was 'rapid' clicking multiple expand buttons. 

In http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=440015 I had expanded the last jpg attachment and then the next.

The message is about 3MB in size.

I rapid clicked multiple expand attachment buttons.

The message contained 5 jpg photo's
