Please describe the problem:
I have recently upgraded my Windows side to Vista. GIMP runs normally apart that all menu items, once they are highlithed they are drawn with a rectangle line=black interior=filled with white. So the menu-item label is not visible. The icon is visible

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open GIMP in Windows Vista Aero
2. Click with the mouse any menu item
3.
