It would be great if there were a way to nudge objects by a small distance for exact positioning. In other programs I've used this done by ctrl-arrows or shift-arrows, as I recall.

Is there a price or something for the most Dia bug entries today? Please consider looking at already existing reports before continuing your run ;)

:-) I guess I got on a roll. Sorry if there are lots of duplicates. 

FWIW it might be good if the 'simple' query form in bugzilla could be made to support three-letter words such as 'dia'. But obviously this isn't the right place to complain about that...
