Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete ~/.tomboy/BugzillaIcons/ if it exists
2. Open preferences and select the Bugzilla plugin and click the settings button
3. Click Add to add a new icon, browse to your icon and type in a host and click OK
4. You will see an error

Nothing

Expected results:
It should create the directory and copy the file to it.

Does this happen every time?
