Add document mode tasks for going to the start/end of a doc/item according to the following hotkeys:

go to item start: 	Home 	
go to item end:	        End 	
go to document start: 	Ctrl-Home 	
go to document end: 	Ctrl-End

There are now two go to document frame commands.  The pre-existing command, CapsLock-Home, tries to restore the saved por if possible else it sets the pointer to the active document frame.  The new command addressed in this bug , ctrl-home, only restores to the active doc frame.
