Description Akira TAGOH 2007-05-08 13:40:02 UTC
I have tried the vertical writing feature on Pango and see the problem that the punctuation marks is placed wrongly for Japanese.

They are supposed to be placed at the upper right, but it's nearly the center. which is expected for Chinese.

Thanks Akira. The two are essentially the same bug.
I'll try to get this fixed today.

Okay, cool. actually I thought so too, but just think about the relevance of Bug#345386. either way, it was duplicate bug though ;)
