Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Can you get us a stack trace with debugging symbols? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
I am not doing anything special when a crashing bug happens with evolution: it can be right after session login, even after a fresh system reboot, or while I was using many other applications. I'm sorry but for the moment, I don't find any evolution-debuginfo package available in my distribution.
(In reply to comment #2) > I'm sorry but for the moment, I don't find any evolution-debuginfo package > available in my distribution. debuginfo packages for opensuse 10.2 on x86-64 can be found at http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/debug/suse/x86_64/ You will need: evolution: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/debug/suse/x86_64/evolution-debuginfo-2.8.2-4.x86_64.rpm evolution-data-server:http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/debug/suse/x86_64/evolution-data-server-debuginfo-1.8.2-5.x86_64.rpm gtk2: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/debug/suse/x86_64/gtk2-debuginfo-2.10.6-13.x86_64.rpm

All traces are different, there is no relation , can you please try current stable gnome version 2.24.3 and provide us feed back , thanks.
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug; however, closing due to lack of response of the reporter, sorry. if you still see this issue with a current release of evolution (2.24.x or later), please reopen. thanks in advance.
