Meld like visual diff is really nice feature to have in Anjuta.I was thinking of reusing meld code in an anjuta plugin, but then its written in python and so we might need to port it to C. So if no one else is working on this, I would like to work upon this.
Comment 2 Johannes Schmid 2008-09-12 11:33:44 UTC
Note that there are python bindings available for anjuta.

Three years after ...

Now that both meld and anjuta understand git it would be nice to integrate somehow meld into anjuta just like Glade has been integrated.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all
old feature requests in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you are still requesting this feature in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/anjuta/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be implemented.
