Please describe the problem:
For HTML mail, smiley image can't be showed if you have checked "Automatically insert smiley images"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit->preference->Composer Preference, check "Automatically insert smiley images"
2. File->New->Mail Message, the composing mail window comes out.
3. File->Format, Check HTML.

Input some ":)" signs in the mail composing window. the smiley image is not displayed


Actual results:
A smiley image is not shown in the composing window.

Expected results:
A smiley image can be displayed successfully.

Does this happen every time?
yes.
