To reproduce:
(1) Create a new folder with the "New Folder" command
(2) Visit the new folder. Note that the Stop button remains enabled and the
throbber continues throbbing, forever.

The trick here is to get rid of the old way of checking if loading is done and
instead use the "done_loading" signal.
