Description pavel 2001-09-10 00:40:07 UTC
gnome_vfs_mime_get_icon/gnome_vfs_mime_set_icon should allow getting/setting
icons to MIME supertypes - that way we can have a fallback icon for text, audio,
video, image, etc. in case an icon for a specific type is not available.

Great idea.

This _is_ a good idea. Rebecca, if you can get a time estimate for this, we
might be able to move it up in priority.

I would have sworn there was a bug for this somewhere else, although maybe
I'm thinking of this one.

In either case, I agree, it's a good thing to have, although it'd be interesting
to know how often this situation occurs, and it would be really easy to measure.
