Well, well Mr Twaddle. I should fly over to NZ and tell you how to file a bug report... And how do you like every other Feisty user manage to find these weird problems? It works for me here... So: - Do any of the help menus work in your install - Does it always occur with glChess? Later, ~Bob
Sudoku has a similar problem in bug 418193
Fixed in 2.18 but I'm keeping this bug open so you can tell me why this occurs :P
Of course when I say fixed I mean it doesn't crash anymore. Doesn't display help though.
Sorry about the poor bug report Yea my help files are not working on any of my other games. This is an upgrade from 6.04 to 7.04 so I expect that is where is all fell down. I have tried a couple of the other games (AisleRio,FreeCell,Mines) the help did not work, but they did not crash. GlChess is crashing every time I have tried. HAT
Alright I'll let you away with it this time :P It wont crash in 2.18.2. Just until then don't...push..the...red...button
Yea it was a faulty install/upgrade yelp was not installed. I would think at least one package had yelp as a dependence, but I guess no really wants it. HAT
