What were you doing when the application crashed?
trying to load a DVD to view		
one complaint is no medium when I open the CDrom0. 
the following is the error reported with auto run was set for the dvdrom
Totem could not play 'dvd:///media/cdrom0'.
both drives DVDrEom and cdrw are in device manager

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
