Tabs menu shows blanked items

Please describe the problem: Hello, It seems that the Tabs menu in epiphany, shows only English tabs. Tabs (the title of the web page) that begin in non-English characters, such as Hebrew, will show as an empty record. The problem occurs also when using a Hebrew translated interface, only then just Hebrew tabs will apear, while English Tabs will be blanked. The system is Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open some Hebrew sites in different tabs, such as http://openoffice.org.il/forum/ . 2. Open the `Tabs` menu. 3. Notice that there is a blanked record (no text).
