Which rhythmbox plugins do you have enabled? Are you using the (as yet) unofficial alarm clock plugin?
Yes I am using Oberheide's unofficial alarm clock plugin. I am also using the Last.fm, DAAP, Visualisation and Cover Art plugins. I am unable to reproduce this bug reliably. If it happens once, it happens every time that session / until next reboot. But (at the moment for instance) some times everything behaves properly and no problem is found. Next time it happens, I'll try systematically disabling plugins (starting with the alarm clock)
The crash is occuring inside a python plugin, so that narrows it down to the alarm clock and cover art plugins. This is almost certainly a duplicate of bug 362488.
