I'd like to store a separate 'Monuments' tag. However I've already have such tags like 'Places' => 'England' => 'London' => 'Tower'. 'Tower' should be both in 'Monuments' and 'London'.

Of course it would be a rather 'Advanced' user option.

What happens if you just do that in the sqlite database? I've been editing it by hand to make tags sticky (the sort_order thing you cannot get at from the UI), so you can actually edit things there...
