When I create a launcher by right clicking on the desktop for example, I have the following available fields to fill.

Type, Name, Command, Comment and Icon

However when I edit the launcher using right click, properties, I have on the basic tab Icon, and in the Launcher tab, Description, Command, and Comment. 

As SLAB main menu uses the Description field to fill out the tile information this field should be included in the Create Launcher method in nautilus.
