Please describe the problem:
Lateral tooltips appears unreadable because are partial out of screen.



Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto here for example: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gimp/+bug/99552
2. Mouse over a image with tooltips (righter link +distribution)
3. Look


Actual results:
Half of the tooltip appears out of the screen making it unreadable.

Expected results:
Move the tooltip in readable position.
