What were you doing when the application crashed?
when the application crashed, I had clicked on a shortcut under applications->Development->Codeblocks

the executable for codeblocks is in /usr/local/bin/ and I don't have that in my path so it gave me an error. After I clicked ok on the dialog about how it can't run this bug buddy came up
