Please describe the problem:
Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer .

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a website having video stream (e.g. utube)
2. launch video using Totem 


Actual results:
Error above is rendered. Unable to play video.

Expected results:
For totem to be able to play the video stream.

Does this happen every time?
