using Advanced Rename Tool twice causes teh appplication to crash

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. press Ctrl-M and try to mass rename something.
2. Open advanced rename tool again

Actual Results:

Application crashes

Expected Results:

application should not crash. Advanced rename tool should open
correctly

Confirming. Every second try of advanced rename with the use of regex replace is crashing gnome-commander (template modification only work fine).
This is present in 1.2.3.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
