Description Jim 2007-03-26 01:56:00 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Some PDF files are rendered with the characters reflected about the vertical axis. Specifically, this has happened for all PDF files downloaded from the Texas Instruments website. For illustration, a sample file is attached.

Figures and logos are not affected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open certain PDF files in Evince

Actual results:
Text is drawn reflected about the Y axis.

Expected results:
Text should be drawn correctly

Does this happen every time?
No, only for certain PDF files, such as those downoaded from www.ti.com

Other information:
The same file displays fine in Xpdf and in acrobat reader.

Opening the file in Evince causes each character to be reflected about the Y axis.
