I built Nemiver trunk on SuSE 10.2

I have 
vte 0.15.3-7.4
gtk2 2.10.10-3.1
gtkmm2 2.10.2-29.5


When I click on the "Target Terminal" tab at the bottom, the terminal widget appear at the top of the window.... instead of inside the tab widget.

After investigating a bit, it appears that this bug is due to bug #421910 in vte.
I have filed a patch there. Let's see what comes out of it.

hello,

bug #422385 has now been resolved. So this bug should vanish when using vte from trunk. Can I close this bug now ?

Do you know which released versions of vte have this problem?  should we blacklist some versions in the configure script (e.g. require < x or >= y) or should we try to provide a workaround for those bad versions inside nemiver (if that's even possible)?

I think it is vte > 14 that has this problem.
