KDE can not build with libart 2.3.19 unless libart is patched

Apparently, libart 2.3.19 needs a patch to allow C++ programs to build with it. This manifested itself with an attempt to build KDE. This bug was first reported here: http://svn.macosforge.org/projects/macports/ticket/11586

Please make sure you don't forget to release a new version for Gnome 2.20 ! The patch has been there in svn for 5 months, but still KDE is unbuildable with the most recent tarball. It is unacceptable for a forthcoming stable Gnome release.
Previously reported as Bug #413197 I agree, let's get this critical fix released ASAP (even regardless of GNOME release cycles, but that too is a good motivation).
