GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 419904
Sudoku thought I was finished, but I wasn't (1 cell left)
Last modified: 2008-04-07 22:35:01 UTC
The bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/bugs/92730 Binary package hint: gnome-games I had 3 cells left before the puzzle was complete. I accidentally filled the wrong one, so I cleared it. Then I filled one of the remaining 3, then a second one. I still had one empty cell left (the one that was cleared earlier), but the high scores popped up. I'm hoping after this I can attach a screenshot, so bear with me :). ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Mar 16 01:17:05 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.04 ... http://librarian.launchpad.net/6838667/Screenshot-GNOME%20Sudoku.png Screenshot after entering incorrect value. 1 - See screenshot 2 - Cleared the erroneous 2 in row 4, column 7 by clicking on it, and clicking on the Clear button. 3 - Cleared the top-most '1' hint. 4 - Cleared the remaining '1' hint. 5 - Filled in a '1' in row 5, column 7. 6 - Cleared the remaining '5' hint. 7 - BUG: High scores popped up. After clicking OK, I was taken to the "Select Game" screen. I clicked Cancel, and was brought back to my unfinished game. I could Undo/Redo all I wanted to, and even reproduce the problem as many times as I wanted. When I filled the remaining square with a '3' nothing happened. Cheers!"
