Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to the Internet with a slow Internet connection.
2. In the Adblock editor, "Update rules from original site".
3. Browse in another window.

Expected results: browsing works fine.
Actual results: Epiphany is unresponsive.

You can not trigger the update now. Plus, it's done with WebKitDownload and callbacks.
