In the search meeting, we decided search results should have a special
background that cannot be customized (maybe tiled faded magnifying glasses or
something) to make clear that this is a special view; this task is about putting
in the designed background and making sure it can't be customized

The work here is 1/2 to make the background for search results be hard-coded and
make it not look at the metadata to figure out what background to use. Mike
Engber had to do something similar for the desktop view; you might want to look
at how he did it.

The other 1/2 is to actually put in the background that Arlo designed.
Presumably someone has gone over this design with him since Arlo said he was
ready to go over it weeks ago. If not, you'll have to get it from Arlo.
