What were you doing when the application crashed? Tried to open a (music) CD 1. clicked on "cd-rom disc" in nautilus popup said "hda is not a valid device" -> I tried to manually mount ($: sudo mount /dev/hda /media/hda) --> $: mount: need to specify filetype 2.
