Please describe the problem:
Categories created on-the-fly while adding a new contact are not shown in the Category list.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to contact view
2. create a new contact
3. fill in the name
4. click on "category" button
5. choose new and create a new category
6. save your new contact
7. In the top of the window, choose to filter by "category"
8. a new box appear where you can choose wich category to filter. 


Actual results:
The newly-created category is not shown in the drop-down list.

Expected results:
The newly-created category should be immediately visible without requiring an Evolution is restarted.

Does this happen every time?
yes.
