Description Danielle Madeley 2007-03-01 12:58:06 UTC
In this day and age of big screens, you often find yourself wanting to be able to look at two pages of a document simultaneously. You used to be able to open the same document in Evince twice, but now, if you're already got the document open, it just brings it to the front.

This is a good default behaviour, I've seen people have the same document open 20 times because they don't know how a taskbar works, but can still be frustrating if you really do want two copies open. Maybe Evince needs a 'Open another copy' entry in the menu to solve this.
