Please describe the problem:
Subject is broken in head Pane. But subject works well in  Body Pane.

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Select Korean (euc-kr) in Group Preferences 
2.  View - character eencoding  : euc-kr 


Actual results:


Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
yes, always

Did you download the headers before, or after, setting the group's character encoding?

Have same encoding broken in cyrillic charset. See Bug 453288

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
