GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 412810
Seek by clicking on the "time" bar
Last modified: 2007-04-29 14:02:43 UTC
I have a few long video files that I'd like to view from somewhere in the middle. Currently with Totem I have to either 1. drag the 'tab' to the middle, or 2. continuously press the arrow buttons. Although option 2 is useful in some cases, option 1 is not very convenient for me since Totem is continuously playing portions the video while I'm dragging the tab, slowing down the computer. It would be great if: Time: ---[ ]----------------------------------------- ^ When I click the '^', I can jump directly to Time: --------------------[ ]------------------------ I can then use the arrow keys for more fine-grained control. i.e. I wish for something similar to Kaffeine's time bar. Thanks for your work! Other information:
