There's a FIXME about this in fm-icon-view.c. Currently it hardwires the sound
player.

actually, this doesnt work, since the MIME API launches a program or viewer and 
we just want to preview.  We should change this to "extensible architecture for 
previewing" since eventually we want to preview animations, video, etc.

closing as incomplete, the obvious solution for this is to use gstreamer.
