Version: 2.16.1 What were you doing when the application crashed? restart computer after hibernation. The crash may have something to do with a reminder (Evolution calendar) which occured while the pc was hibernated. The gnome log viewer was open when the computer hibernated, and was in a non-responsive state after resuming from hibernation
