The tricky part is the fact that this item needs to be in the right-click menu
for the icon view at the desktop. This icon view doesn't know that it's "for the
desktop", since there's nothing in the component interface that makes this
clear.

A second problem is that the menu item, if inside the component, has no way to
tell the main program to close the desktop. We might have to add CORBA
interfaces to accomplish this.

We've tentatively decided to do this by creating a special view separate from
the FMIconView-based one, just for the desktop.

Verified that this menu was present at some point in Nautilus's development,
even if it's no longer present. ;)
