GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 41047
desktop background needs to match "real" desktop
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Currently you get a white background by default like any other window. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-05-31 13:13:56 ---- The more I think about this, the harder it sounds to me. Because the existing desktop code outside Nautilus can't be completely ignored if we want the desktop to look right when Nautilus is not managing the desktop. But the existing UI in the "Desktop Background" capplet offers a completely different approach, with some options we don't yet support in Nautilus, and no "tiled image" option. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-08-02 09:37:07 ---- This is tricky and hard, but Mike can handle it! ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2000-10-16 19:35:02 ---- Batch-assigning QA ownership of remaining bugs to eli@eazel.com ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-02-09 11:28:38 ---- Duane is now the proud owner for Desktop QA. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-09-09 20:33 ------- Bug depends on bug(s) 40275 42128 42193 42220.
