Description Lynn Monsanto 2007-02-20 17:28:54 UTC
When you unplug the ethernet cable from a computer, the NetworkManager applet pops up a balloon which displays "Disconnected. The network connection has been disconnected." When the cable is plugged in again, the balloon displays "Connection Established. You are now connected to a wired network." Before I had a laptop, I would occasionally hit the ethernet cable with my foot and disconnect myself from the network. It's important to know when this occurs, and when you are connected again.

I just tested this on Feisty. Orca does not speak the disconnected message.
