+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #404691 +++

Please describe the problem:
On startup of The GIMP an error message pops up. (See cloned report for more details.)


Steps to reproduce:
1. Loading The GIMP
2. Starting
3. 


Actual results:
If I click "OK" It will pop-up again, but will load another plug-in. Eventually it will load GIMP fully, but the filters are un-available.

Expected results:
Filters are un-available.


Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
Please try to fix this bug ASAP.

Please try to fix this probelm ASAP, I work for a graphics design company and I can't afford to not have my supplies needed for my job.

Thanks for the bug report. However, it was not necessary to clone the other bug report; you could have simply added a comment there if you had some additional information to add. It looks like your PATH is not set up correctly although the installer usually takes care of that.  Try re-installing (maybe as administrator).
