Last modified: 2008-01-15 13:24:40 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #404691 +++ Please describe the problem: On startup of The GIMP an error message pops up. (See cloned report for more details.) Steps to reproduce: 1. Loading The GIMP 2. Starting 3. Actual results: If I click "OK" It will pop-up again, but will load another plug-in. Eventually it will load GIMP fully, but the filters are un-available. Expected results: Filters are un-available. Does this happen every time? Yes. Other information: Please try to fix this bug ASAP.
Please try to fix this probelm ASAP, I work for a graphics design company and I can't afford to not have my supplies needed for my job.
Thanks for the bug report. However, it was not necessary to clone the other bug report; you could have simply added a comment there if you had some additional information to add. It looks like your PATH is not set up correctly although the installer usually takes care of that. Try re-installing (maybe as administrator). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 404691 ***
