The applet seem to crash by clicking on "Adjust Date/Time". Some other applet are also crashing at the same time. 
For example, click on "Adjust date/time" crash Windows Navigation List and sometimes gnome panels too.

I join the backtraces.

Seems to be caused bu a11y. Is this the latest 2.17 GNOME (2.17.91)?

Yes, it's compiled with jhbuild from Svn. 

By interest, where can I found more information about ally ? What is it ?
