GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 408923
crash in Movie Player: I was watching this clip...
Last modified: 2007-03-24 17:38:17 UTC
Version: 2.16.2 What were you doing when the application crashed? I was watching this clip: http://www.physics.gatech.edu/goldman/SupplementalmoviesB&B/movie4.mov. My default player for mov files is vlc media player and it works fine. Then if I open this file in Firefox downloads window Movie Player starts and always crashes during second run at 0:01/0:08. Whether vlc is closed or not. My Firefox is Mozilla.com version not the default Ubuntu one. On the other hand if I copy the link and open it with Movie Player it plays just fine.
