What were you doing when the application crashed?
"error storing inbox" blah blah
this is ver 2.8
why is this still happening after all these years?(frustration)

Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.

this is still happening after all the years because nobody has yet found out why it's happening... :-/
