Version: 2.16.2 What were you doing when the application crashed? I was trying to play an mms video stream from a web site. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Can you get us a stack trace with debugging symbols? Please see http://www.gnome.org/projects/totem/#bugs for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
I experienced this crash again, its only the second time I have tried to do what I did originally and both times Totem crashed. This time it was an .asx/.asf video stream. Last time it was a .mms stream. Both times, the video stream was playing within firefox in the firefox totem plugin and I right clicked to be able to choose the Open with "Movie Player" option. It was then that Totem opened and the crash occured. I received the email regarding this post and enabled 'Totem --debug' mode, hopefully this time bugbuddy provided what is needed. unfortunately, --debug did not help here. it's most probably a xine issue.
